
Introduction
CK43 serieslathe is designed for automotive industry to machine crank connecting necks.crank connecting necks semi-finish or finish process via eccentric jigs drivenby the right and the left headstocks. This lathe consists of bed, leftheadstock, right headstock, left jig, right jig, slide, turret (with a12-station indexing disk), NC control system, electric system, cooling system,lubrication system and guards. Horizontal machine bed and base are made withhigh-grade cast, high rigidity, wide rectangular hardened guide ways. Machinesaddle and cross slide are made with high-grade case, the guideways areturcited and with less dynamic and static friction. The spindle is arranged byFAG large diameter precision angular contact bi-directional thrust ballbearings and double row cylindrical roller bearings, which have good stiffness.The X and Z axis ball screw adopts pre-stretched nut structure, and thesupporting bearing adopts Japanese NSK angular contact special bearing, whichgreatly improves the stiffness and thermal deformation resistance of the screw,and greatly improves the feed accuracy. The turret adopts 12-positionhorizontal electric turret of Italian DM Company.

Este tornoconsiste en la cama, a la izquierda del cabezal, cabezal derecha, izquierdaplantilla, plantilla de la derecha, tobog¨¢n, torreta (con un disco deposicionado 12 estaciones), sistema de control NC, sistema el¨¦ctrico, sistemade refrigeraci¨®n, sistema de lubricaci¨®n y custodia. La cama y la base est¨¢ hechade hierro fundido de alto grado. Es horizontal y r¨ªgida. Maneras de cama sonmaneras endurecidas amplia rectangulares r¨ªgidos. La silla de montar y lacorredera est¨¢n hechos de hierro fundido de alto grado. Sus gu¨ªas Turcitetienen fuerza m¨ªnima din¨¢mica / est¨¢tica fricci¨®n. Rodamientos FAG Alemania seutilizan en el husillo. Son de precisi¨®n rodamientos de bolas de contactoangular de gran di¨¢metro y rodamientos de rodillos cil¨ªndricos de doble hileracon una excelente rigidez. Tuercas pretensados y japonesa NSK rodamientos decontacto angular se utilizan en los ejes X y Z. As¨ª rigidez tornillos ',resistencia al calor distorsi¨®n y la precisi¨®n de alimentaci¨®n es mucho mayor.El DM italiano de 12 estaciones de torreta de energ¨ªa en el torno cambia herramientascon precisi¨®n y rapidez con alta rigidez.
