Introduction
BMC-500TVmilling-turing center is high level milling-turning manufacturing machine, with5-axis simultaneous performance, sutiable for aerospace, ships, auto, tools, high-speedrailway, medical apparatus andinstruments, mold, IT industries.
The machine has framestructure machine bed, linear guideways, B/C double axis rotary table withspecial bearings for large rotary table.
The machine has built-inmotor turning spindle, turning tool taper hole is separated from millingspindle which can avoid the turning force to effect on milling spindle. With32-station chain type tool magazine for milling and turning, it can meet therequirements for multiple tools during the machining operations so that themilling and turning operation can exchange alternately.
with positioningaccuracy 0.005mm and repeatability 0.003mm, the two rotary axis positioningaccuracy is 5" and 3".
BMC-500Tmilling-turning center is simultaneous 5-axis machine, B-axis has 1¡ã index disklocking structure, suitable for machining complex parts.
