Introduction
CK7520series CNC lathe, adopts high grade cast iron, integral machine bed, slantguideways, through-hole spindle driven by large-field AC main motor anddampening design. bearings of mainspindle and of feeding screw with low noise during operation, The multi-stationpower turret indexes fast continuously in bi-direction..
This series lathe can be equipped with FANUC0i-TF, Siemens 828D or other control systems.
Features
(1) Integrated base and bed made of high grade cast iron is of high rigidity with wide rectangular hardened ways.
(2) High grade cast iron saddle and slide, plastic-coated ways, small dynamic and static friction force. Rapid traverse rate of X and Z axis is up to 12m/min and 16m/min. Wide span saddle and slide ensure large-loaded and heavy cut.
(3) The spindle runs in precision large diameter angular contact ball bearings and double -row cylindrical roller bearings, driven by heavy servo motor, and ensures extremely stiffness and large torque at low speed.
(4) Ball screws are used in X and Z axes, which are supported by Japan NSK angular contact bearings especially for screws. Therefore stiffness and heat distortion resistance of screws, and feeding accuracy are greatly improved.
(5) DM 12-station horizontal power turret from Italy ensures high accuracy, high rigidity and short tool change time.
(6) Well sealed machine electric cabinet together with air conditioner inside the cabinet guarantee correct operation of the control in high temperature and humidity ambient.
(7) Close attention is focused on edge technology. So machine guard is reliable. No chip, coolants is splashed or flies out when during heavy cut or pressure spraying of coolant.
(8) The chuck is clamped and unclamped hydraulically. The quill of tailstock is advance out and in. Both of them can be program controlled.
