Introduction
This special purpose cylinder liner lathe applies to engine industry. It is suitable for cylindrical turning of internal combustion engines’ cylinder liners in large batches production. OD turning and end facing are completed at one setting. Machining diameter ranges from Φ80 to Φ320 mm; machining length is 400mm (single tool). The machine features high grade cast iron and shockproof bed, auto chip conveying, complete functions, reasonable layout, fully enclosed guard and perfect safety devices；The high rigidity cartridge type spindle is driven by a frequency inverting motor. It offers two ranges of speed, and infinite variable speed within each gear. Therefore heavy cut is possible in rough cutting；The hydraulically driven double tool rest structure makes multiple tool simultaneous cutting possible, and guarantees high rigidity and efficiency during rough cutting；High precision hydraulic governor valve controls the cutting feed amount precisely；PLC controller ensures soft start, quick braking, high output torque and easy operation；The machine is designed with integrative electromechanical and hydraulic concept, and therefore cost effective.
